Fifth Indictment In Double Murder Case

A fifth person has been indicted in connection with a double murder in Lincoln County.

26-year-old Nicholas Mundy faces two counts of murder, attempted murder, robbery and one burglary charge.

Police say he, and four others, played a role in the shooting deaths of Ryan Shangraw and Bo Upton. They were killed back in 2002.

After years with no leads, police finally arrested their first suspect in connection with the murders, back in April.

Mundy is not in custody, and police are offering a reward for information leading to his arrest.

He was in prison at the time of the murder and well before it took place. I guess next I will be a suspect. Matthew Tolson is just dropping names to clear his name. He is nothing but a trouble maker. He always started fights with people for no reason, the others accused are far more respected in the community by elders then Tolson

I know Shangraw's father. I am so very happy for him that this all will come to a close soon for him and his family.
