Three Hurt In Strange Accident

A bizarre accident in Lexington sent three people to the hospital late Thursday night, including a woman who was just trying to help the victims.

Police say a pickup truck turned into the path of a semi on Winchester Road at Sir Barton Way.

A passenger in the semi and a passer-by, who stopped to check on everyone, were then hit when a third car crashed into the pickup truck.

The passer-by suffered serious injuries and went to U.K. Hospital.

Police say none of the injuries are life threatening.

I had started my response to the story involving my niece in the strange accident case, but i did not get to finish it because I hit a wrong button or something-I am new to computers, but here is the end of my comment. She went out of her way to help someone and got hurt very bad and so did the other people. MY poor niece which is a single mother supporting 2 children and 1 in college had just got her RegisteredNurse degree, passed her boards and got her dream job as a O.B. Nurse at Central Baptist there in Lexington and all the air time you gave this story was 1 minute and 20 seconds! SHAME-SHAME-SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! You seem to have no problem giving lots of air time to SCUM-BAGS day after day the same story, but if you do something good you get 1 minute and 20 seconds of air time.Since this is not very flattering of you I am pretty sure this will not get posted and I won't get a personal response from you,but if I don't I won't be surprised.I am so disappointed in ya'll!!!

That was my niece and I think a good Samaritan which happens to be an Registered Nurse deserves a lot more coverage. Her name was JENIFER DAVIS and she is a single mother with 2 kids. you give so much coverage when people do bad things and yet you gave so little when someone goes out of their way to help someone they do not even know
