One Person Pleads Guilty To Holding A Woman Against Her Will

One of four people accused of keeping a Perry County woman against her will, pleads guilty.

Court documents show 60 year-old Billy Williams pleaded guilty to several charges including criminal abuse, assault and kidnapping.

Williams, along with Charlotte Crawford, Billy Crawford, and Penny Ford are accused of holding Donna Hicks in a home for months last year.

Sentencing is scheduled for November 20th.

Billy Crawford, Charlotte Crawford, and Penny Ford are scheduled to go to trial November 10th.

    bill was tricked in pleading guilty his only crime was knowing about it and not turning them in he was afraid for his on life

    i know donna very well and if she says they done this to her i beleave her,she is a good person and would not say these things if they are not true.i have known her for around 20 years.they should be locked up for this ,for life as they have took hers from her. how could anyone do another human person like she was done?
