Woman Escapes Apparent Abduction

Police say a woman escaped an abduction early Tuesday morning at a Lexington apartment complex.

Police say the woman was inside her car at the Old Farm Apartments at Tates Creek Road and Appian Way.

That's when the woman says two men tried to drag her out of her car.

She was on the phone with her boyfriend at the time.

When he came outside, the two apparent abductors took off.

They were last seen in a white Lincoln Town Car.

She had minor injuries.

My boyfriend lives at this complex and just a week or so ago my car was broken into. I'm wondering when the complex will address it's safety issues. Too many things are happening there. It's scary.

I knew the girl and it is a very scary time for everyone. Is Lexington really getting this bad?
