People living inside a Lexington apartment building are back inside their homes after an early Tuesday morning fire.

Firefighters say someone living in a third floor apartment on East Maxwell Street somehow set a pile of clothes on fire.

Investigators are not sure how it happened.

About this video - have any of you wondered why on emergency videos the most important part of the video is the flashing lights on the all emergency equipment? Please check the videos and watch how much of the video is just showing flashing lights and very little about the fire, the accident, or whatever. Why do you think this is so?
