Voting Machine Dispute

The day after election day is bringing to light a major dispute in Northern Kentucky.

Democratic challenger Kathy Groob of Covington is challenging her 700 vote loss to incumbent state Senator Jack Westwood because of voting machine problems.

The Kenton County clerk removed more than 100 machines after some failed to properly display straight ticket votes.

Groob wants the machines opened and the ballots examined.
