A new trial date was set for the man from Louisa, Kentucky charged with 4 counts of DUI Causing Death.
Bobby Frazier's trial will take place on February 3rd at 9am in Wayne County Circuit Court.
The trial was originally set to begin October 1, but postponed at the attorney's request.
if Prosecutors say Frazier was driving drunk and speeding in a stolen truck when he crossed the center line and slammed into a truck driven by John Michael Boone of Prichard.
Boone, along with his two children, 2-year old Michael and 3-year old Jordan were killed. A family friend, Tom "Reno" Hardwick also died in the crash.
Investigators say Frazier stole the truck he was driving from Boyd County Ford.
Frazier was the only survivor and spent a week in a Huntington hospital.
The accident happened on Big Sandy River Road near Kenova in Wayne County back in April.
Frazier remains in the Western Regional Jail on $1 million bond.
