Police make more arrests in an eastern Kentucky murder case .

Larry Jones was shot three times in the head and left lying on a Whitley County road back in June.

Now eight people are charged in connection with the murder.

Six members of the same family were already in jail, Friday, they arrested two more members of the same family, for their involvement in the crime.

Larry Jones left behind 5 kids.

His sister tells us two of his sons, one of whom we talked to last month, are in the hospital for mental health treatment.

But while their family is grieving, another family is becoming more and more involved in the murder case.

Friday police arrested Tammy and James Podsaid.

They are the sister and brother in law of James A. and James W. Anderson, the two men who were first charged with murder.

Police say the Podsaids destroyed clothing used during the shooting.

They refused to comment as they were taken into the Whitley County Detention Center.

Tammy Podsaids mother and father in law, Gloria and Lary Perry, were arrested last month.

They, along with Jason and John Anderson, are all charged with facilitation to murder.

Larry Jones' sister does say their family is glad to see the arrests,”It helps us a lot knowing that all of them that are involved in this have been arrested. Makes us feel a little safer,” Lavada Wilder said.

Police say more arrests are not expected, but possible.

Arraignments for the two suspects arrested are expected monday.

All others charged in the case are due in court on November 18th.

We are living in a time when no one seems to care for the pain and heartache as long as they get what they want

Unless you have been in the victims family shoes, you don't know how it feels. Knowing that there are people who hate enough to take your loved ones life is just cruel. May God bless this family and may JUSTICE be served. No matter what that man did, he was still someones father, son, brother.

My condolences go out to this family, his one sister has been through more then any young woman deserves to have to go through in a lifetime. I have some family linkage to them, distant and not so distant either. Why does there have to be so much pain and devestation in the world? Why so much in these here mountains? Why?
