Man Charged With Murder Will Be Back In Court

The man charged with murder and fetal homicide in connection with a weekend crash will be back in court next week.

A preliminary hearing for 36-year-old Charles Gross is set for November 19th.

Police say gross was driving under the influence Sunday, when he wrecked in the Salt Lick community of Letcher County.

Police say 28-year-old Amanda Smith and her unborn child died in the crash.

Gross is also charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Who cares about the misprint of "salt lick", I think the focus should be on the death of a woman and her unborn baby. I also think if you are going to assume knowledge of our judicial system, and define the indictment of murder via the constitution you should first learn the correct spelling of said document to which you refer.
