Family Friendly Security Lanes Coming To Blue Grass Airport

Some big changes started Thursday at nearly every airport in the country, and they may make Thanksgiving travel a little easier.

Thanks to some new special lanes, families will be able to get through security easier.

This means inexperienced fliers can take their time and those who fly frequently won't get so frustrated.

Lexington's Blue Grass Airport is among those now offering the family TSA lanes.

The only question is: Will people that have never flown, with 3 kids in tow, see the faster-moving "express" line and decide to go through that line?

I can't tolerate being behind people who don't know to take off their shoes, take out their laptops, and remove all the metal from their person, remove all of their liquids and cosmetic projects, and surrender their first born to go through security. This is a great idea!
