A fourth man is charged in connection with the murder of a former eastern Kentucky sheriff.

State police arrested 41-year-old Roger Hall on charges of complicity to commit murder and complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance.

He's accused in the 2002 murder of former Harlan County Sheriff Paul Browning Junior.

Hall is a former sheriff's deputy and narcotics investigator.

He's in the Harlan County Detention Center on a $1,000,000 bond.

The man police say pulled the trigger, Raymond Harris, was convicted in the case earlier this year and sentenced to life in prison.

Harris' nephew Dwayne, and Johnny Epperson also pleaded guilty to their roles in the murder.
