Inmate Dies In Jail

A man set to go on trial for shooting his estranged wife in a fast food restaurant died in jail over the weekend.

Three Forks Regional Jail officials tell us it appears Clarence Tester died of a heart attack Friday night, but they are still awaiting autopsy results.

Tester's trial was scheduled to start Tuesday for allegedly shooting Donna Tester inside the Jackson Hardee's back in February.

    I am so sorry to the family , who lost a father a friend a dad.And to die in Jail is awful. May god rest with your soul as you are laid to rest on Dec.9,2008
