Special Election May Determine Obama's Senate Replacement

CHICAGO (AP) - Illinois lawmakers are racing to change the law
so a special election determines President-elect Barack Obama's
Senate replacement. After the arrest of Gov. Rod Blagojevich --
accused of conspiring to sell or trade Obama's Senate seat to the
highest bidder -- Senator Dick Durbin says no one appointed by the
governor would have any credibility.
