Windy Weather Blamed For Semi Accident

The windy weather is being blamed for blowing a semi off the road early Monday morning.

Emergency workers tell 27 NEWSFIRST the vehicle ran off Mt. Hebron Road in Garrard County.

The semi ran into an embankment and got stuck.

Fortunately, the driver wasn't injured and the semi stayed upright.

A crew is expected to return Monday to get the semi out of the ditch.

Mt. Hebron Road wasn't blocked.
