Arrest Made In Chase That Injured Officer

A police officer in Boyle County was injured during a police chase early Wednesday morning.

The chase started when police arrested a burglary suspect and the suspect bailed on officers.

The foot chase took place along some railroad tracks in Danville.

The officer's injuries aren't said to be serious.

Police finally caught up with the suspect.

Barry Carrier faces burglary and escape charges.

    Police chases should be outlawed except in cases where suspects have committed a very serious crime. Too man innocent lives are put at risk or killed due to these chases!!
