Remnants Of I-75 Crash Now Clear

More than a day after a truck crashed and burned on the interstate in Grant County, traffic is moving normally.

Crews shut down the interstate off an on throughout the day on Friday in Grant County, as they worked to clean up the remnants of a crash from Thursday, but everything is now clear.

A tractor trailer carrying hazardous materials crashed into the median near the Corinth exit and burst into flames. The fire was so intense, the truck melted to the median.

Crews worked to clean up the mess and cut down on the environment impact throughout the day on Thursday and late into the night.
