Woman Accused Of Tying Up Children

A Bullitt County woman is behind bars, accused of chaining her children up in the basement.

Barbara Hancock was arrested after her 12-year-old daughter ran to a neighbor's house, to tell them she'd been tied-up. Police say she had wounds on her wrists and ankles.

Police say Hancock and her boyfriend, who has not yet been identified, would chain her children when they misbehaved.

The Courier Journal reports Hancock and her boyfriend are charged with first degree criminal abuse.

Time to start doing these monsters the exact same way they are doing these kids! But no,that woint happen because the courts say they have rights, unlike these children. They would chain them when they misbehaved-I bet that was anytime the 'parents' decided they didn't want to be bothered with these kids. How sick, and how many more kids are we going to have to hear about before the laws are changed? Oh,post this bit#@'s picture a.s.a.p.-we need to know what this child abuser looks like.
