Masked Men Invade Home

Lexington Police are searching for three men who invaded a woman's home overnight.

Police were called to the apartment on West Maxwell, near Madison Place early Monday morning.

A woman says three masked men knocked on her door, asking for someone who didn't live there.

Police say she opened the door anyway.

When she did, the men forced their way in, stealing her cell phone and cash.

The men weren't armed.

wow...didn't this *exact* story happen somewhere else in Lexington about 2-3 weeks ago? Men knocking on the door of a woman, forcing their way in, and stelling a cell phone and cash. Why the cell phone?
