Obama Says US `Will Not Torture'

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama says the United States
"will not torture" as it detains terrorism suspects and works to
keep the country safe.
At the State Department, Obama said: "A new era of American
leadership at hand."
The president touted the orders he signed earlier in the day to
close the Guantanamo Bay detention center and ban the harshest
interrogation methods.
Obama says he's sending a signal to the world that in defending
liberty, America's actions "will be as just as our cause." He
says he wants to make sure that Americans "uphold fundamental
values as relentlessly" as they protect their security.

Obama's record in the Illinois State Senate and his short time in the U.S. Senate was a disgrace - with no major achievements, but instead a record of frequent rants against the traditions and values that we believe make America great: Obama criticized our military, suggested our troops engaged in improper conduct in their missions. Obama defended anti-American dictators and sympathized with their grievances against the United States. Obama repeatedly voted for higher taxes and increased government regulation. Obama's support for abortion was so extreme he defended the practice of infanticide. Obama advocated radical positions on the environment and embraced positions on "global warming" that science simply does not support. Obama worked with radical La Raza organizations that do not believe America should enforce its borders, and instead should provide full taxpayer-funded benefits to illegal aliens.

I agree do not torture just put them in the electric chair or lethel injection and get it over with. TAlk about saving money. Those people are not afraid to die for their country and that is what they want so why close that place down and move them to other facilities? Just put them in the chair and get it over with. They are not going to tell them anything anyway so just do them a favor.
