Students & Teachers Are Trying To Cope With Loss Of Students

Students and teachers at an eastern Kentucky school are trying to cope with the loss of two boys killed in a house fire.

Six-year-old Aaron Barton and 12-year-old Ethan Barton both died in a house fire last Friday.

This Friday was the second day back at school at Yellow Creek Elementary.

Administrators say a local pastor talked to kids over the intercom.

The school is planning a chili supper to raise money for the Barton family.

The state fire marshal says a cigarette likely started the fire.

NO! Ummm... NO ONE is to blame for the death. I knew Ethan very well and his parents, and if it were you, would you want someone to put on the internet that you were to blame?

Just thinking of this family and feeling so very sorry for what you're going thru. God bless you and help you thru your grief.

These kids are dead all because of a cigarette and the kids didn't even smoke. You are to blame for their death.
