A Perry County criminal abuse trial is on hold for two weeks.
Charlotte Crawford, Billy Crawford, and Penny Ford are accused of beating, starving and holding Donna Hicks against her will for four months in 2007.
A fourth suspect in the case, Billy Williams, pleaded guilty last year.
Four witnesses have testified in the trial so far, including Hicks.
Officials say legal arguments in the case will be heard on February 4th and the trial is expected to resume on Tuesday, February 10th.
