Officials recommend getting estimates from several different contractors.

They also say you should get a written contract from the person you hire and never pay the full amount upfront.

Received a phone call today telling me that I had won multi-million dollars. It would be delivered to me today at 4 p.m. All I had to do was show a receipt for $400 and some dollars from Western Union. I hung up, and of course didn't do it. The phone number the call came from was 876-466-5017.
