The same thing happened in Wayne County when several utility poles were blown across HWY 776 which is a state road as well..also E HWY 92 was down to 1 lane which is one of two main roads in Wayne County and there were MANY county roads completely impassable and without the help of local citizens, the school buses could not have gotten through.
