The South Central Kentucky band director accused of possessing child pornography says he's not guilty.
Joseph Briley entered the plea Monday in a Lexington Federal Courtroom.
An indictment against the Lincoln County High School teacher was unsealed last week.
Joseph Briley was suspended from teaching in March, when the school received a complaint from a parent through social services.
Briley's trial is set for November 6th.
