Two Holiday Inns were robbed early Tuesday morning in northern Kentucky.

It happened in Boone and Grant county along Interstate 75.

Boone County police tell 27 NEWSFIRST the robberies were only 25 miles from each other.

We're told the suspect is a male and police say he was armed with a knife and wore a Halloween mask.

The suspect escaped in an unknown vehicle.

Police are investigating both robberies and are searching for the suspect.
