Two days ago, a man tried to drag a middle school student into a waiting car. So far police haven't made an arrest, but they are releasing more details about the man responsible for that attack.
The attempted abducted happened on Wednesday on Old Lemons Mill Road at Hamilton Street in Georgetown.
13-year-old Katelynn King says a man came up and grabbed her as she crossed the street. King says she fought back, kicking him and spraying him with pepper spray.
He eventually left in a waiting car.
Police say they went back and interview King again on Friday and are now releasing more retails about the would-be abductor.
He's a white man between 45 and 55-years-old with a distinctive mole on his nose. Police say he was wearing a wedding band at the time of the attack and is described as having a noticeable body odor.
He left the scene in a tan or gold 90's Buick Regal with a scratch from the front to the back on the passenger side and a busted out tail light on the driver's side.
If you recognize this man you're asked to call Georgetown Police at 502-863-7820.
