Teen Driver In Deadly Crash To Leave Hospital Soon

We are told a 16-year-old Corbin High School student seriously injured in an accident will be released from the hospital soon.

At last check, Jonathan Goforth was listed in fair condition at UK Hospital.

Goforth's Toyota Corolla slammed head-on into a pick-up truck on Kentucky 770 last Wednesday. His passenger, Steven Lambdin, 15, later died.

Lambdin, a Freshman at the high school, was laid to rest Saturday. The driver of the pick-up was also flown to the hospital but later released.
