Columbia Gas Asking For Rate Decrease

It looks like heating your home this winter will get a little cheaper.

Columbia Gas announced Monday it's asking the Public Service Commission for a rate decrease.

The cost of natural gas went down 24%.

That means the average Columbia Gas customers would save about 20 dollars a month on their bill.

This should have happened early than now. The cost for natural gas has been lower for a while now. The gas company just needed to pad their pockets a little more.
