Funds are tight for a long time fall festival in Harlan County.
Organizers for the annual Kingdom Come Swappin' Meetin' say they were worried they might not be able to hold the forty-two year old tradition this year.
They say now money is coming in for the event.
The Harlan County Fiscal Court donated five thousand dollars for this year's event.
it's october sixth and seventh at the southeast kentucky community and technical college campus in cumberland.
