Jury deliberations are expected to begin Thursday in the re-trial of two former lawyers, accused of stealing millions of dollars from their clients in a fen-phen diet drug settlement.
William Gallion and Shirley Cunningham, Junior are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and eight counts of wire fraud.
Prosecutors say Gallion and Cunningham took more money than they should have after winning a class action settlement.
Their attorneys claim the men made mistakes, but didn't do anything illegal.
Their trial last year ended in a hung jury.
A third attorney, Melbourne Mills, Junior, was acquitted
