Investigations continue into a deadly central Kentucky accident. A 15 year old mother died when the car she was riding in crashed along Sulphur Well Road, in Jessamine County.

Her boyfriend, 19 year old Jonathan English, was injured in the crash. English was airlifted to the UK Medical Center for treatment.

The young mother has been identified as 15-year-old Cassie Reynold. Her funeral will be held at Betts and West Funeral Home in Nicholasville.

It happened Tuesday night along Sulphur Well Pike near Hoover Pike.
That's where police say a car lost control, hit a tree, and went over an embankment.

The accident shut down Sulphur Well Pike for a large portion of the night.

Police haven't said if alcohol was a factor in the crash, but a breathalyzer test was administered to the survivor, and police did find beer in the car.
