I AM AFRAID ITS GOING TO GET WORSE. SO MANY PEOPLE ARE GETTING OUT OF WORK. A LOT O MINES ARE LAYING OFF BECAUSE OF THE EPA HOLDING UP THE MINE PERMITS, THIS WILL CAUSE MORE LAY OFFS AND WE ALREADY HAVE HAD 300-500 IN PIKEVILLE LAYED OFF FROM MINES NOT COUNTING THE TRUCKING COMPANIES. WHY DON'T THEY JUST FREE UP THE MINING PERMITS IN APPALACHIAN AND LET PEOPLE GET BACK TO WORK. WE NEED OUR COAL MINING JOBS IN KENTUCKY.
