A burned-out car belonging to a former Mason County High School student is discovered more than 15-hundred miles away, near Virgin, Utah, that's South of Salt Lake City.
Authorities in Utah say a rancher discovered the vehicle belonging to Zachary Ruble on April 2 near Zion National Park.
One day after he was reported missing. At this time investigators say the car did contain human remains but have not identified them.
A Utah medical examiner has requested dental records from the family to help identify the body.
Ruble is a student at the University of Utah and his family tells us that he often visited the park for recreation.
