Vandals Strike Downtown FountainsIt was a mess early Friday morning at Triangle Park in Lexington.
Someone put soap in the water of the park's fountains.
The soap created a load of bubbles.
There's no word yet on any suspects in the case.
Lexington Parks and Recreation is handling the investigation and cleanup.
