A southern Kentucky teenager is in jail charged with bootlegging.
The Pulaski County sheriff's department arrested 19-year-old Derek Scott Mobley this weekend after they say they saw a man buy alcohol at the teen's home.
Investigators say they found 83 cases of beer and 56 bottles of liquor inside the home.
