State Goes On "Earth Day" Tour

Members of the Kentucky Clean Energy Tour and First Lady Jane Beshear spent Earth Day improving low income homes in Central Kentucky. They're going from city to city on a hybrid bus, encouraging people to live green.
The crews are weatherizing homes of low income residents who are on a waiting list with Community Action Council. The work is paid for through grants. Crews are replacing windows and doing heating and air improvements. They're also working to reduce the carbon footprint of the homes.
