The building that used to house the East Kentucky Corporation is no longer empty.
The Hazard Independent School District's Central Office celebrated their grand opening in their new facilities.
Superintendent Sandy Johnson says the old office had an unstable, leaky roof and a move needed to be made.
The central office moved from an old elementary school building.
