Man Stabs Himself During Attempted Robbery

Just before ten Monday night, Lexington Police were called to the Wal-Greens on Reynolds Road at Nicholasville.
Police tell us a man tried to rob a customer as she left the store.

We're told the man pulled a knife on the woman and tried to run off wither her purse. Police say she fought back and somehow the man was stabbed with his own knife.Tthe woman was not hurt.

Police recovered the knife, and are now looking for the suspect.
