A Pulaski County man is in jail and accused of threatening Congressman Hal Rogers and other local leaders.
Investigators say William Michael Bullock made several threatening telephone calls to the offices of Congressman Rogers, Pulaski Circuit Judge David Tapp, Circuit Court Clerk George Flynn, and Doctor Kevin Kavanagh.
Bullock is charged with intimidating a judicial officer and terroristic threatening.
He is being held with no bond.
