The Laurel County Sheriff's department has arrested Bradley E. Moore.
Deputies say they responded to Moore's home on Laurel Branch Road in the East Bernstadt area of Laurel County to find a methamphetamine lab on.
When they arrived at the home, they say they saw two men run away on foot. One person, Moore, was arrested.
Moore is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, knowingly possessing anhydrous ammonia with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine and fleeing and evading police.
Moore is being held in the Laurel County Detention Center.
