A man is arrested after he was allegedly impersonating a police officer and harassing people in the Whitley County High School parking lot.
Police arrested 35-year old Timothy J. Moses of Williamsburg.
Police say he was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and taken to the Whitley County Jail.
More charges are possible.
