Train Derailment, Four Injured

A pair of CSX Railroad trains collided Tuesday morning in Catlettsburg, resulting in minor injuries to four crew members.

CSX Officials now confirm two trains were on the same track, heading opposite directions. Now officials want to know why.

The collision at 15th and Center Streets caused an insignificant amount of diesel fuel to spill onto the ground, but there was no fire, a police spokesman said.

The four injured crew members were released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon.
