The federal drug trial for two former Manchester city officials has been moved out of London.
Court records show, U.S. District Judge Joseph Hood granted the request by the United States to have the December trial moved to Frankfort.
In the same hearing, Judge Hood denied a joint motion from the attorneys for Todd Roberts and Vernon Hacker to disqualify him on the trial and change of venue.
Judge Hood will preside over the December fifth trial in Frankfort.
