Authorities say a father stabbed his son early Tuesday morning in Perry County.
It happened on Cobblers Knob Road in Delphia.
The sheriff's department says Larry Begley claims he stabbed his son Anthony Begley in self defense.
Deputies say Anthony Begley is in stable condition at the Hazard ARH.
No charges have been filed but the incident is still under investigation.
