Two men wanted on drug trafficking charges have turned themselves in to police.
Former Wayne County resident David Ray Brown, 57, of Rames Lane, London, and 40-year-old Donald Brummett of HC 74, Monticello, were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center following their arrests.
Brown was charged with three counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance for selling Hydrocodone three different times during an April investigation by Operation UNITE.
Brummett was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school for selling marijuana earlier this year.
These latest arrests bring to six the number of people picked up on drug-related indictment warrants in the past week. Four suspects were arrested Tuesday, October 17, with the assistance of Wayne County Sheriff James Lynn Hill.
