A hearing for the suspected "Blue Eyed Rapist" is continued until next month.
David Hopper is accused of six rapes in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
Investigators say D.N.A. evidence links Hopper to the crimes.
Hopper was expected to be arraigned Tuesday in Grant County on charges of rape and sodomy from an incident at a Dry Ridge Outlet Store.
The arraignment is now set for November 15th.
