Police say they've found the man who stole a woman's car Monday Morning while she was talking on a payphone at a Lexington convenience store.
The woman was even dragged in the Thornton's parking lot when she tried to stop the man from taking her van.
Police in North Carolina found the van and arrested 22 year old Joshua Rohrer... who's now charged with robbery in Lexington.
