A trial is underway for a former Hazard Police Officer facing criminal charges.
Court officials tell us a jury has been seated and several witnesses have been already been called in Bradley Stidham's trial.
The trial will continue Tuesday.
Court records show Stidham is facing multiple charges including sodomy, officials misconduct and sexual abuse.
