Police are looking for a man and a woman they believe attempted to abduct a teen-aged boy at Southland Christian Church in Jessamine County.

The incident took place Sunday evening following a service designed for the church's younger members. A 16-year-old boy was reportedly lured to a car by a black man and a white woman. They managed to pull the boy into the car but he escaped unharmed and contacted police.

Police are going over surveillance video in hopes of getting a better description of the suspects and the car they were in.

They are described as a muscular black man and an older white woman. They were last seen in a blue car with white stripes.

If you have any information on these individuals you're asked to contact authorities.
