A Bell County man faces twenty years in prison for charges stemming from a car accident that took a woman's life.
Arnold Jackson entered an Alford plea to 2nd degree manslaughter and assault charges.
That means he doesn't admit guilt, but admits there's enough evidence to convict him.
Jackson was originally charged with murder after police say he killed sixty four year old Marcella Simpson in a 2004 car crash near Pineville.
